Mattel Inc. (MAT, Financial), a leading global toy and family entertainment company, has announced a collaboration with IDW Publishing to release a new comic series, "Monster High: World's Scare." The five-issue limited series is now available for pre-order at local comic shops and online, with the first issue set to hit shelves in July.
The series, designed to appeal to Monster High fans both new and old, is written by Jacque Aye, with Caroline Shuda providing the artwork and Betsy Cola crafting the cover art. The storyline follows the character Frankie Stein and the Boo Crew as they participate in The World’s Scare competition, showcasing their innovative tribute to Frankie Stein’s late father, Headmaster Frankenstein.
