Alaska Airlines (ALK) and Hawaiian Airlines have announced a strategic partnership to streamline and enhance passenger experiences by co-locating their operations at several major airports. This initiative aims to offer more seamless and efficient travel for guests while improving connectivity and convenience between the two airlines.

As of today, Hawaiian Airlines has moved its check-in operations to Terminal 6 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). This move is part of a long-term plan to consolidate their operations alongside Alaska Airlines, facilitating quicker access to gates, counters, and baggage claim for passengers.

At JFK, Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, alongside their oneworld alliance partners like American Airlines and British Airways, enhance their connectivity, offering First Class passengers access to exclusive lounges such as the Admirals Club and American's Greenwich Flagship Lounge.

The initiative began with Hawaiian Airlines relocating to the newly renovated Harvey Milk Terminal 1 at San Francisco International Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Future relocations are set for Sacramento, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas, with an expected completion by the end of 2025.

This partnership not only simplifies the travel experience but also illustrates a commitment to providing connectivity, convenience, and comfort for all travelers.
