Richardson Electronics (RELL, Financial) has expanded its market reach through a new supply agreement with TransAlta Corporation (TAC). As part of this deal, Richardson Electronics will supply its specialized pitch energy modules, the ULTRA3000 and ULTRAPEM, which are specifically designed for GE wind turbines and SSB platforms.
This agreement will see the deployment of these energy-efficient modules across various wind farms situated in Canada and the United States. The shipments of these modules are planned to continue throughout the entire year of 2025, enhancing wind farm operations and reinforcing Richardson Electronics' presence in the renewable energy sector.
