FranklinCovey (FC), a leading global leadership company, announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Stephen D. Young, will retire after 23 years of service. Young will transition out of his role on May 1, 2025, and continue to provide consulting and advisory services as a senior advisor to facilitate a smooth transition.

Jessica G. Betjemann has been named the new CFO, bringing over three decades of experience in financial leadership. Most recently, Betjemann served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Gogo Inc. (GOGO), where she was instrumental in major transactions, including the acquisition of Satcom Direct and the sale of Gogo’s Commercial Aviation division to Intelsat.

Betjemann has also held significant roles in companies like Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, and AT&T. She holds an MBA in finance, marketing, and international business from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a BA in mathematics and economics from Lafayette College.

With Betjemann's appointment, FranklinCovey is poised to continue its legacy of leadership and innovation, while leveraging her expertise to achieve its financial and strategic goals.
