T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) has announced the launch of new simplified plans with increased value for customers, including a notable 5-year price guarantee for talk, text, and data. This development, unveiled by Jon Freier, President of T-Mobile Consumer Group, is part of an initiative to provide better value and savings for customers, including business users. The new plans, Experience More and Experience Beyond, offer extensive benefits and are priced at $5 less per line compared to previous offerings.
The Experience More plan includes benefits like Go5G Plus with additional hotspot data and T-Satellite with Starlink included until the end of the year. Meanwhile, Experience Beyond, touted as the most value-packed plan in wireless, adds over $200 in monthly value per line, including features like unlimited high-speed hotspot data, increased data allowances in North America and abroad, and satellite connectivity until July.
Families switching from AT&T and Verizon can benefit significantly, with potential savings of 20% monthly on comparable plans, plus access to new streaming options and incentives like up to $800 per line to cover existing phone balances, alongside free top-tier smartphones when trading in devices.
Additionally, Metro by T-Mobile, a prepaid subsidiary of T-Mobile, is offering four new plans with lowered prices, including a 20% price drop on the Metro Flex Unlimited Plus plan for families. These plans also feature the same five-year price guarantee as T-Mobile's new offerings.
The new plans will be available starting April 23, offering customers an opportunity to enjoy T-Mobile's advanced 5G capabilities and exclusive benefits like free in-flight Wi-Fi, access to premium streaming services, and seamless international data coverage.
