Angela Santone, a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years of experience, will officially join Regions Bank (RF) as Chief People Officer on May 12, 2025. Her extensive background includes serving as Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources at AT&T and a significant tenure at Turner Broadcasting, where she led HR initiatives across multiple business lines.

In her new role at Regions Bank, Santone will be part of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with Chairman, President, and CEO John Turner, and Chief Administrative Officer Dave Keenan. Her responsibilities will focus on maintaining and enhancing the bank's strong corporate culture, known for being an outstanding workplace as evidenced by Gallup's decade-long recognition.

Santone will support talent recruitment, retention, training, and development initiatives aimed at building a top-tier workforce.
