Tetra Tech, Inc. (TTEK), a Pasadena-based leader in consulting and engineering services, has secured a new contract from Orange County Utilities in Florida. Under this contract, Tetra Tech will be responsible for the engineering design and technical services required for the expansion of the Eastern Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF). This facility serves a substantial 451-square-mile service area located just outside of Orlando.
With this project, Tetra Tech aims to provide advanced wastewater treatment solutions. These solutions will help accommodate increasing wastewater flows, while enhancing operational efficiency, energy use, and resilience. The company's team will employ advanced modeling and process optimization to prepare designs and specifications that will support an increase in treatment capacity at the EWRF.
