TD SYNNEX (SNX) has unveiled an innovative community structure named PartnerLINK, which is designed to empower and support partners in North America through enhanced connectivity and customized benefits. This strategic move aligns with the evolving market dynamics and aims to meet the changing needs of their partners by fostering peer-to-peer relationships within specialized communities.

The PartnerLINK initiative comprises four communities: PartnerLINK Ascend, designed for U.S. partners focusing on digital transformation using advanced technologies; PartnerLINK Advantage, which aids U.S. partners in infrastructure modernization; PartnerLINK Canada, catering to partners across various sectors in Canada; and PartnerLINK Public Sector, providing enhanced options for those dealing with public sector sales.

Kristi Kirby, SVP of North American Communities at TD SYNNEX, will lead PartnerLINK, with an emphasis on increased competitive advantage and partner growth. The program offers specialized training, networking, exclusive incentives, and a dedicated support structure tailored to each community's needs. A key feature is a 24/7 online member hub to facilitate continuous engagement.
