Reborn Coffee, Inc. (Nasdaq: REBN) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Otonomus Hotel to co-develop an innovative AI-driven hospitality experience. The collaboration aims to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology into a fully autonomous drive-thru coffee system at the hotel’s entrance, accessible to both hotel guests and the surrounding public.
In addition to the drive-thru, Reborn Coffee’s premium offerings, including cold brew cans, single-serve coffee capsules, and smart coffee machines, will be available in hotel rooms. Select suites will offer curated Reborn welcome kits, enhancing the personalized experience for guests.
The MOU outlines potential integration of loyalty perks and room charge capabilities, as well as in-room QR codes for easy product reordering and subscription services. The agreement, while currently non-binding, has an initial term of six months as both parties work to finalize operational and revenue-sharing agreements.
