JFB Construction (JFB, Financial) has announced plans to embark on its most ambitious commercial construction endeavor to date. Set to begin in the third quarter of 2025, the company will take the lead as the main contractor for the Auto Clubhouse project in Charlotte, North Carolina. This significant undertaking will involve designing and constructing a 103,000 square foot facility dedicated to car storage, featuring 42 luxury auto condo bays. Additionally, a 40,000 square foot building will be included for storing high-end vehicles.
The CEO, Joseph Basile, III, emphasized that the company's general commercial construction division, which has played a vital role in JFB's historical growth, is anticipated to continue driving its future success. The Auto Clubhouse project represents not only the largest single commercial and industrial project for JFB but also a strategic step towards securing more industrial projects in the future.
JFB is focusing on expanding its operations within the Southern Atlantic region of the United States. By concentrating on areas experiencing population growth and interstate migration, the company aims to capitalize on emerging opportunities in these markets.
