This strategic partnership, located at Soluna's Project Dorothy 2 data center in Texas, includes the deployment of approximately 1,500 of Blockware's next-generation S21+ mining units.

    The newly signed agreement highlights an initial deployment of 5 megawatts (MW), which began on April 21, 2025. Full operational capacity is expected by June 1, 2025, with Blockware planning to deploy a hashrate between 250 PH/s and 350 PH/s at the site. This deal underscores the increasing demand for sustainable blockchain infrastructure.

    According to Soluna’s CEO, John Belizaire, the partnership emphasizes the value of Soluna’s renewable-powered data centers specifically designed for Bitcoin mining. The collaboration is set to provide a cost-effective and environmentally friendly hosting environment, integrating full-stack infrastructure support, including power management, internet connectivity, and security.

    Mason Jappa, CEO of Blockware, expressed that the partnership with Soluna aligns with Blockware’s mission to expand the U.S.’s role in the Bitcoin mining industry, by utilizing world-class hosting solutions and minimizing power costs.
