The project involves the complete reconstruction of the Bell Road and 143rd Street intersection in Homer Glen, Illinois. This initiative is part of a broader $24 million infrastructure project encompassing 1.8 miles, aimed at enhancing regional transportation efficiency.
The undertaking will feature a full pavement rebuild, the construction of five retaining walls, traffic signal modernization, advanced storm sewer upgrades, and the addition of new sidewalks with ADA-compliant ramps. Bowman's responsibilities will include comprehensive construction management, oversight, and documentation to ensure successful project execution.
