Sapiens International Corporation (SPNS) has revealed plans to acquire Candela in a transaction valued at $22 million. This purchase is structured as an all-cash deal and is anticipated to be finalized in the second quarter of 2025, contingent upon standard closing conditions.

Candela's financial performance for 2024 indicates non-GAAP revenues of $8 million. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Sapiens' profit from the fourth quarter of 2025, enhancing its financial standing in subsequent periods.

Following the completion of the transaction, Candela will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sapiens, further expanding its portfolio and market capabilities.
