Helium One Global (HLOGF) has announced the approval of a construction permit for a helium and CO2 processing plant at the Galactica-Pegasus project in Las Animas County, Colorado. Authorized on April 15, 2025, through Resolution MF 2025-001, the permit allows Blue Star Helium to proceed with the construction of the Pinon Canyon Plant, marking an essential step toward the operational phase of the project.

The Board of County Commissioners approved the permit upon verifying the necessity, suitability, and compatibility of the facility with the surrounding land use, as well as ensuring adequate road access. With this milestone, the Galactica-Pegasus project, discovered by Blue Star in 2022, is poised to advance further in development.

Operated under a joint venture, Helium One Global holds a 50% working interest in the project and is committed to funding the first US $450,000 of the well. The company has also reported remarkable progress in its Rukwa Project in Tanzania, achieving a successful helium flow rate of 5.5% in Q3 2024, and securing a 480km² Mining License in March 2025.
