Starbucks Expands Delivery Service with JD Daojia Partnership in China

Starbucks China has announced its delivery service, "Starbucks Delivers," is now available on the JD Daojia platform. This makes Starbucks the first dining brand to integrate its membership system with JD Daojia, benefiting its customers significantly.

Notably, Starbucks is offering a personalized experience for users on JD Daojia, including a customized ordering interface and the introduction of a "Black Coffee Challenge" ordering section. This collaboration allows "Starbucks Rewards" members to enjoy the same benefits, such as reward accumulation and customer service, when ordering through JD Daojia as they do on Starbucks' own platforms.

Through this partnership, Starbucks aims to enhance its delivery service and customer experience, capitalizing on JD Daojia's extensive logistics and membership network.
