HOUSTON, April 21, 2025 — KOIL Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: KLNG) announced the appointment of Kurt Keller as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 22, 2025. Keller joins the company with an extensive background in financial leadership, having successfully scaled middle-market companies from $20 million to $100 million in revenue.
In his previous roles, Keller served as CFO at Mantis Innovation Group from 2018 to 2022 and at Navasota Energy Services from 2007 to 2017. He also held executive positions at PurgeRite and SunGrid Holdings, as well as providing advisory services at Deloitte from 1999 to 2006. Keller holds a BA in Economics from Baylor University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, along with CFA and CMA certifications.
