P10, Inc. (PX), a prominent private markets solutions provider, has announced the appointment of two new independent directors to its Board of Directors. Jennifer Glassman will serve as a Class I director and join the Audit Committee, while Stephen Blewitt will become a Class III director and serve on the Compensation Committee. These appointments are set to take effect on April 21, 2025.

Jennifer Glassman, currently the CFO at Towerbrook Capital Partners, brings a wealth of financial services experience from her previous roles at Soros Private Equity and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a certified public accountant and has an academic background with a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Stephen Blewitt co-founded Youth.Work.Connect, an organization aimed at promoting economic mobility for high school youth from underserved communities. He has served as Chief Investment Officer of Private Markets at Manulife Investment Management, where he led global investment teams across various asset classes such as private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure. His academic credentials include a B.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

The CEO of P10, Luke Sarsfield, expressed enthusiasm about the appointments, stating that the addition of these investment industry veterans will strengthen the board and enhance the company’s governance profile as it aims to create long-term value for its shareholders.
