Aramark Sports + Entertainment (ARMK) has announced its exclusive partnership with the Indianapolis Zoo, becoming the official provider of hospitality services at the venue. This key collaboration, unveiled following the 2025 xZOOberance celebration, aims to elevate visitor dining experiences with new food and beverage offerings.
Visitors to the Indianapolis Zoo can now enjoy a variety of new specialty items such as the Indiana Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and Brisket Mac and Cheese. Aramark is also modernizing their point-of-sale systems to enhance checkout efficiency across the Zoo's dining locations.
The Indianapolis Zoo is committed to sustainability, integrating measures such as reusable member cups, compostable food vessels, and the exclusion of lids and straws to safeguard animal enclosures. The refreshment menu now includes Pepsi products, Sun King brews, Daniel’s Vineyard wines, and Metazoa craft beers. Notably, 5% of sales from Metazoa’s “Shellabrate Good Times” are directed to support Zoo animal programs.
In addition to the culinary improvements, the partnership will introduce new dining locations, such as the upcoming Westside Café and Flights of Fancy beverage area. Existing venues include Café on the Commons, Crossing Café, Dippin Dots Huts, Pavilion Café, and Brew Huts, each offering a diverse range of snacks, meals, and beverages.
