Teambridge, an emerging AI workforce management software company, has secured a lease for approximately 18,000 square feet of prime ground floor space at 612 Howard Street, situated in the historic South-of-Market district of San Francisco. This significant commercial real estate transaction was facilitated by Newmark, a leading global real estate firm.

The six-story office building, initially constructed in 1907, presents 9,000 sq ft floor plates, original redwood beams, and hardwood floors, and has recently undergone extensive renovations to enhance its appeal. Notably, it is strategically located just two blocks from the Moscone Center and three blocks from Salesforce Tower, two key landmarks in the city, ensuring an advantageous position for Teambridge's operations.

Co-CEO of Teambridge, Tito Goldstein, highlighted the distinctive layout of the building, its high ceilings, and convenient access to various public transportation options, including Bart, Muni, CalTrain, and Highways 101 and 280. These features were crucial in their decision to select 612 Howard Street as their new headquarters. The facility will be utilized for company operations, recruitment events, client training, and internal gatherings, allowing Teambridge to tailor the space with branded and artistic elements.

This move not only marks a milestone for Teambridge but also signals a positive shift in the commercial real estate market in San Francisco, revitalizing the neighborhood with increased business activity and accessibility. Nearby amenities such as Soma Eats and Yerba Buena Bar cater to employees and enhance the work-life balance in the area.
