Since its inception in 1977, Great American Cookies has been known for originating the Original Cookie Cake and its celebrated chocolate chip cookie recipe. Meanwhile, Marble Slab Creamery, established in 1983, has pioneered the frozen slab technique, offering a unique range of homemade small-batch ice cream with unlimited Mix-Ins.
