Epika is renowned for providing mobile-focused preventative maintenance and repair services to commercial trucking fleets. This strategic acquisition is set to provide Epika with significant capital to expand its service offerings and customer base while reinforcing its role as a leading provider of mobile solutions for fleet operators.

Founded in 2016, Epika Fleet Services has rapidly scaled its operations and now services over 2,000 fleet customers across nearly 40 states. Their team comprises over 550 skilled technicians who perform mobile services, complemented by approximately 20 in-shop centers that offer a hybrid model for more complex repairs or emergencies.
