V2X (VVX) has announced the appointment of Melon Yeshoalul as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective from April 21, 2025. Reporting to President and CEO Jeremy C. Wensinger, Yeshoalul will lead the company's global HR strategy, encompassing talent management, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation and benefits.
With more than two decades of HR expertise, Yeshoalul has established herself as a pioneering professional in recruiting and HR business partnering. Her last role was a senior leadership position at Amazon Web Services, where she developed scalable talent and operations programs to support rapid growth. Her prior experience also includes top HR leadership roles at DXC Technology, PwC, and The Boeing Company.
