Jay Mahabir brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at leading retail chains. As a former Market Director at Meijer, he successfully managed Michigan’s two highest-volume markets. His career also includes important leadership positions at Lowe's and Target, where he was recognized for his achievements in Associate retention, customer service, shrink management, and operational excellence.
