Northland Power (NPIFF, Financial) has named Jeff Hart as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2025. Hart steps into this role equipped with extensive experience in financial leadership and capital markets. He has previously held top financial positions, including CFO, at prominent Canadian energy companies, Husky Energy and Cenovus Energy.
With this transition, Adam Beaumont, who has been serving as the Interim CFO, will take on the role of Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. In this newly established position, Beaumont will handle corporate finance, treasury, project finance, and investor relations, all under the guidance of Hart.
