Axxess, a leading global technology platform for healthcare at home, and Texas Capital (TCBI, Financial) have announced a strategic partnership to enhance payment reconciliation processes for home health and hospice providers. By integrating Texas Capital's RevNow product with Axxess RCM, the collaboration aims to optimize back-office operations through advanced automation techniques.
The integration will streamline the reconciliation of payments and remittances, drastically reducing the manual processing time from weeks to just 24 hours. "This partnership will help providers save a tremendous amount of time running their business," stated Ron Olajide, Chief Financial Officer at Axxess.
In 2024, the RevNow platform successfully processed 115 million claims across the nation. The integration is designed to benefit Axxess’s home health and hospice clients who use the Axxess RCM solution for direct payer claims submission.
The partnership represents a significant efficiency improvement for the healthcare billing operation, allowing providers to focus more on their core activities. As Nancy McDonnell, Head of Treasury Solutions at Texas Capital, noted, "RevNow is a client-centric product that will enable Axxess' clients to focus on their core operations to drive efficiency."
