The European Union (EU) has postponed imposing penalties on tech giants Apple (AAPL, Financial) and Meta (META) as it seeks a trade agreement with the United States. According to sources, this decision was made prior to a meeting between EU Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic and US officials. The companies involved have already been informed about the delay.
