Payment date set for May 15, 2025, with a record date of April 30, 2025.
No portion of the distribution is considered effectively connected income for U.S. federal tax purposes.

Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: GRT.UN / NYSE: GRP.U) has announced a distribution of CDN $0.2833 per unit for the month of April 2025. The distribution is scheduled to be paid on May 15, 2025, to unitholders who are recorded as of the close of trading on April 30, 2025.

Granite has confirmed that none of the distribution will be classified as effectively connected income for U.S. federal tax purposes. A detailed breakdown of the distribution's sources will be provided to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation following the record date, in accordance with U.S. Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4.

As a Canadian-based REIT, Granite focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties across North America and Europe. The company currently owns 143 investment properties covering approximately 63.3 million square feet of leasable space.
