Oak Valley Community Bank, a subsidiary of Oak Valley Bancorp (OVLY, Financial), has elevated Greg Mulder to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, and John Westberg to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. These strategic promotions are aimed at bolstering the bank's commercial banking capabilities.

Greg Mulder, who has been with the bank for nearly 11 years, will operate from the Escalon Office. Previously, he progressed through roles from Credit Analyst to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Credit Officer. With an extensive background in managing complex commercial and industrial (C&I) relationships, Mulder is tasked with overseeing a significant C&I loan portfolio and continuing to deliver specialized lending solutions. He holds a finance and economics degree from Dordt University and actively participates in community activities.

John Westberg, based in Oakdale, will take on increased responsibilities in his new role as Assistant Vice President. Both Mulder and Westberg's promotions reflect their expertise and leadership skills, which the bank anticipates will further contribute to its overall success.
