ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (PRZO), an aerospace firm specializing in safety systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, has announced the launch of its latest innovation, the SafeAir M4. This advanced parachute recovery system is fully compatible with the DJI Matrice 4 series, making it a versatile solution for enhancing drone safety.

The SafeAir M4 boasts an airbag-driven deployment mechanism that ensures ultra-fast activation, fortified by triple sensor redundancy for fail-safe accuracy. Its swappable parachute capsules allow for zero downtime, making it especially suitable for high-demand sectors like infrastructure, logistics, defense, and emergency response. The system's plug-and-play setup is designed for rapid installation, taking less than two minutes.

With built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities, the SafeAir M4 supports over-the-air updates and GPS capabilities, facilitating future geo-fencing features. The system also provides real-time telemetry on remote controls, enhancing operational awareness with extended battery life.

A key highlight is the system's compliance goal with stringent aviation regulations, including ASTM F3322-22, Category 2 OOP without waiver in the U.S., alongside European classifications such as MoC 2511/2512 and C5 + C6.

Boaz Shetzer, CEO of ParaZero, emphasized the strategic importance of this launch as a milestone for the company in the global drone safety market. "The SafeAir M4 is designed to meet the increasing demand for certified, mission-ready safety solutions in multiple sectors, reinforcing our role as a critical enabler of safe, compliant drone operations worldwide," Shetzer remarked.

ParaZero Technologies, founded in 2014, continues to pioneer smart, autonomous safety systems for commercial drones and counter-UAS applications, ensuring safe operations over populated areas and beyond-visual-line-of-sight scenarios.
