U.S. Bancorp (USB) has announced a significant change in its corporate leadership, promoting Adam Graves to Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Strategy and Administration. In this expanded role, Graves will manage a wider array of operations, including corporate real estate and procurement, marketing, analytics, customer experience, public affairs, communications, and strategy and administration risk.

Adam Graves, 47, has been part of U.S. Bancorp's leadership team as the head of strategy and corporate development since 2023. Prior to this, he spent five years leading finance strategy and corporate development. An alumnus of the University of Michigan, Graves began his career in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs.

In his new position, Graves will report to CEO Gunjan Kedia and contribute to the company's managing committee, which comprises senior executives responsible for leading U.S. Bancorp's revenue streams and corporate operations. Kedia expressed confidence in Graves' leadership, praising his ability to drive growth and enhance U.S. Bancorp's brand and stakeholder relationships.

U.S. Bancorp, headquartered in Minneapolis, operates with approximately 70,000 employees and manages assets totaling $676 billion as of March 31, 2025.
