Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) has officially refuted circulating rumors about potential collaborations or technology exchanges with other firms. CEO C.C. Wei clarified that TSMC is not in talks for any joint venture, technology licensing, or technology transfer, which specifically puts to rest speculation regarding a possible tie-up with Intel (INTC).

Wei's statement was aimed at analysts and came amid reports suggesting that the semiconductor giant might be considering strategic partnerships. However, TSMC has definitively stated that no such discussions are occurring with Intel or any other companies in the industry.

This announcement aims to clear up misunderstandings and reassure stakeholders about TSMC’s independence and strategic focus. The company continues to prioritize its own technology development and operational strategies without entering into collaborative negotiations with external parties.
