Ulta Beauty, Inc. (ULTA) has announced the appointment of Lauren Brindley as its new Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, commencing her role on June 3, 2025. The current officer, Monica Arnaudo, is set to retire in June, paving the way for a seamless transition.
In her new capacity, Brindley will be at the helm of Ulta's merchandising, ecommerce, wellness, and marketplace strategies. She will also spearhead the company's assortment brand building strategy, a critical role in driving future growth and maintaining strong brand partnerships.
Laden with over two decades of global beauty and retail expertise, Lauren Brindley previously served as CEO at Revolution Beauty. Her past leadership roles at Walgreens and Boots UK have endowed her with a wealth of industry experience, making her an ideal match for Ulta's visionary growth plans.
