Toll Brothers, Inc. (TOL), America's leading builder of luxury homes, is expanding its presence in the Nashville area with the announcement of Franklin Ridge, a new upscale residential community in Franklin, Tennessee. This project is poised to become a premier destination for luxury living, with prices for homes starting at $1.5 million.

Located conveniently near the McEwen Interstate 65 interchange, Franklin Ridge will comprise 34 family homes, each offering between 4 to 6 bedrooms and up to 4,350 square feet of living space.
