Hesai Group (HSAI, Financial), a prominent figure in lidar technology for automotive mobility, has announced that its advanced ATX lidar solution will be integrated as standard equipment in Zeekr's newly launched luxury sedan, the 007GT. This integration represents a crucial step in the strategic collaboration between Hesai and Zeekr.

The Zeekr 007GT comes equipped with NVIDIA DRIVE dual Orin-X chips and a total of 31 high-performance sensors, including the standard lidar, significantly enhancing detection accuracy in adverse conditions. This sensor suite is capable of identifying stationary vehicle accidents up to 100 meters ahead, contributing to improved safety measures. By March 2025, Zeekr's Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) function had successfully prevented over 3.61 million potential collisions.

The ATX lidar, which features Hesai's fourth-generation proprietary architecture, combines compact size with high performance and long-range capabilities. It has already garnered attention from 11 leading domestic and international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), who have selected it for dozens of vehicle models, with production and deliveries commencing in the first quarter of 2025.

Hesai's collaboration with Zeekr reinforces its position at the forefront of the intelligent driving industry. This partnership underscores the growing market validation of Hesai's ATX lidar technology as it becomes integrated into more vehicle models, boosting the company's competitive positioning in the automotive lidar market.
