However, the year concluded with a net loss of $48.8 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $16.0 million.

Key financial metrics for 2024 include gross profit rising to $15.3 million from $10.1 million, while operating expenses decreased to 38.6% of total revenue from the previous year's 63.4%. Despite increased losses, these metrics indicate progressive strides towards operational efficiency.

Looking forward to 2025, GameSquare has set its revenue guidance between $100 million and $105 million, not factoring in $27 million from the divested FaZe Media. The company forecasts an organic revenue growth of 20-25% and gross margin improvements to 20-25%. Additionally, management expects a $15 million reduction in operating expenses, resulting in positive EBITDA and cash flow in the latter half of the year.
