This marks the company's first venture in the Houston area for this demographic. The project includes two exclusive collections of luxury homes: The Blossom Collection and The Riverside Collection, set on expansive 45- and 70-foot-wide home sites, respectively.

Targeted for residents aged 55 and older, these single-level residences feature modern open floor plans perfect for entertaining, with pricing beginning in the upper $300,000s. Homebuyers can select from homes offering 2-3 bedrooms, up to 3.5 bathrooms, and the convenience of 2-3 car garages. Prospective owners will have the opportunity to customize their space at the Toll Brothers Design Studio, which provides a comprehensive selection of design options with the guidance of professional consultants.
