(Nasdaq: Z and ZG) has introduced advanced listing performance insights tailored exclusively for Showcase listings, providing real estate agents and sellers with comprehensive data to monitor listing performance on the country's leading real estate platform. This feature enables agents to track page views, saves, and shares, offering a comparative analysis against non-Showcase listings within the same locality.

Showcase listings, an enhanced Zillow® experience, combine interactive media with agent branding to distinguish properties and attract potential buyers. The newly introduced insights feature allows agents to understand the performance of their listings over time, refining marketing strategies by tracking shopper activity based on location. Such strategic insights are crucial for meeting sellers’ expectations, with 75% of sellers underscoring the importance of local market knowledge in their real estate agent selections, as per Zillow's Consumer Housing Trends Report.

The inclusion of tools like downloadable performance reports and integrated showing information allows agents to keep sellers well-informed. Todd Chapman, Chief Operating Officer at Delhougne Realty Group, shared that his team has started sending Showcase listing performance reports to sellers almost daily, enhancing engagement, especially with data-driven clients.
