MultiCorp International, Inc. (OTC: MCIC) has announced the successful execution of a Quadripartite Agreement on March 26, 2025. This agreement entails a pending $2 billion credit transfer from a top 10 European Bank to Neoforma Inc., enabling Neoforma to extend a credit line of up to $1.8 billion to MCIC.
The funds from this arrangement will be utilized for a series of strategic transactions. These include operations involving Global X Cryptocurrency Stablecoin Tokens pegged to the GBP, Bitcoin, and gold-backed cryptocurrency tokens. Additionally, MCIC plans to acquire a mineral property in Michigan and address various corporate expenditures.
This financial arrangement is part of MCIC's collaboration with 40 Brightwater LLC's Global Financial Consortium, which includes Neoforma Inc. and Airavata Developers. This partnership enhances MCIC's access to immediate liquidity, supplementing prior financial commitments from Edwards Capital N.A.
