Kool-Aid and Nike have teamed up for a groundbreaking collaboration, launching the Nike x Kool-Aid Ja 2 sneaker collection starring NBA sensation Ja Morant. This partnership blends sneaker culture with Kool-Aid's iconic flavors, drawing inspiration from Morant's cherished childhood memories.
The collection will feature two releases: the first in May 2025, offering Blue Raspberry and Cherry colorways that transition into Orange and Lemon Lime, and a second release in July focusing on the classic Kool-Aid red designs. Key design elements include the Kool-Aid man breaking through a wall, the famous "Ohhh Yeah!" catchphrase, Ja's "12 AM" text, and glow-in-the-dark outsoles.
In tandem with the sneaker launch, Kool-Aid introduces the Mix n' Kicks combo pack, marking its first new offering in over five years. This pack allows fans to mix and match four iconic flavors, celebrating the trend of flavor blending popular on platforms like TikTok.
