Tucows Inc. (NASDAQ: TCX) has unveiled five nominations for its Board of Directors ahead of its upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders, as detailed in the 2025 Proxy Statement. The new nominees include Dr. Sandra Matz, Laurenz Malte Nienaber, Allen Taylor, Jeffrey Tory, and Stephan Uhrenbacher, who bring a wealth of experience in fields such as finance, technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. They join returning directors Marlene Carl, Lee Matheson, and Elliot Noss.

Dr. Sandra Matz, a prominent figure from Columbia Business School, specializes in data-driven behavioral science. Laurenz Malte Nienaber, of LMN Capital, is well-versed in investment strategy and governance. Allen Taylor, President of GTD Partners, brings expertise in private equity and financial turnarounds. Jeffrey Tory, Chair at Pembroke Management, contributes his extensive experience in North American growth stocks, while Stephan Uhrenbacher, a serial entrepreneur, adds valuable insights from the tech and sustainability sectors.

In recognition of their significant contributions, Tucows also honors five departing board members: Robin Chase, Erez Gissin, Allen Karp, Jeffrey Schwartz, and Gigi Sohn, who will not pursue re-election. This change aligns with Tucows' strategic focus on innovation across its key businesses—Ting Internet, Tucows Domains, and Wavelo.

"We are excited to welcome these new members to the Board," said Elliot Noss, President and CEO of Tucows. "Their diverse expertise and commitment to Tucows' mission will guide us through the next chapter of growth and innovation. This transition represents a natural progression as several long-serving directors pass the torch," he added.
