Keysight Technologies, Inc. (KEYS) has introduced its Next-Generation Embedded Security Testbench, a groundbreaking PXIe-based solution designed to meet the evolving security testing needs of modern chips and embedded devices. By enhancing side-channel analysis (SCA) and fault injection (FI) testing, the testbench offers up to 10 times more effective results compared to traditional methods.

The innovative platform integrates essential components such as oscilloscopes, interfacing equipment, amplifiers, and trigger generators into a single PXIe chassis. This integrated approach simplifies setup, reduces operational complexities, and ensures more reliable and repeatable testing results. The core components powering this solution include the M9046A PXIe Chassis, M9038A High-Performance Embedded Controller, and Inspector Software.

Designed for scalability and future expansion, the testbench can incorporate additional tools for complex testing scenarios, ensuring adaptability to emerging security challenges. Applus+ Laboratories has already adopted the platform in their accredited IT Security Evaluation Facilities, underscoring its effectiveness and market relevance.

With the rapid increase in connected devices, the demand for effective security testing solutions is more critical than ever. Keysight's new security testbench not only addresses these demands but also sets a new standard in device security testing, offering a robust, modular solution to tackle today's sophisticated security threats.
