Apple (AAPL) Faces Pre-Market Decline Amid French Regulatory Fine

Apple (AAPL, Financial) experienced a 2.66% drop last week and continues to decline by 1% in pre-market trading. The French Competition Authority announced a fine against Apple amounting to 150 million euros. This penalty results from Apple's abuse of its dominant position in the distribution of mobile apps on iOS and iPadOS devices from April 2021 to July 2023.
