BBVA Declares Semi-Annual Dividend, Plans Crypto Services in Spain

BBVA Compass Bancshares (BBVA, Financial) has announced a semi-annual dividend of $0.4439 per share, offering a forward yield of 6.28%. The dividend will be available on April 25 to shareholders recorded by April 9. Further enhancing its financial strategies, the bank also revealed plans to introduce Bitcoin and Ether trading and custody services in Spain. Additionally, BBVA has outlined a €5 billion shareholder distribution for 2024, supported by strong loan growth across various regions.
