While the "Magnificent Seven" in the U.S. face headwinds in 2025, China's "Terrific 10," including Alibaba Group (BABA, Financial), Tencent (TCEHY), and Xiaomi (XIACF), are showing strong performance. A pivotal factor is DeepSeek's demonstration that AI models can be developed cost-effectively, leading to increased tech investments. Xiaomi is noted for its potential growth in the large Chinese market.
