Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone, and thanks for taking the time to join us for our preliminary results call today.
Before we get into the detail of the call, I'd just like to highlight to everybody or remind everybody that the mayor is currently in an offer period, as on the 6 of March, we confirmed we can received a non-binding proposal from our (inaudible) global partners and Michael Carvill regarding impossible cash offer for the business at 530p per share.
While this proposal was rejected, we have facilitated the consortium to improve their terms by providing them with limited due diligence, and we should be clear, however, that there's no certainty that an offer will
