Tesla (TSLA) to Showcase Tesla Bot at Capitol Hill Robotics Event

Tesla (TSLA, Financial) has reportedly sent invitations to U.S. Congress members for a robotics event where the company will showcase its humanoid robot, Tesla Bot, also known as Optimus. This demonstration is set to take place at the Cannon House Office Building on Capitol Hill.

The Tesla Bot has made appearances at several of Tesla's events in the past. CEO Elon Musk has previously stated that the company aims to begin using these humanoid robots within the year, with a production goal of thousands of units by the end of 2025.
