Analyst Jeff Pu has revealed exciting new details about the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro series, hinting at significant upgrades in both camera technology and memory capacity. The front camera will see a major enhancement with a 24MP sensor, while the rear setup will include three 48MP cameras, covering the main, ultra-wide, and periscope telephoto lenses. This marks an improvement from the current iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, which feature a 12MP front camera and 48MP main and ultra-wide lenses, but only a 12MP telephoto lens.

The iPhone 17 Pro is also set to offer 12GB of RAM, a step up from the 8GB available in the iPhone 16 Pro. This memory upgrade is expected to boost the performance of Apple's AI capabilities and multi-tasking functions, enhancing user experience.

Screen sizes for the new models will also increase, with the iPhone 17 Pro featuring a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max will boast a 6.9-inch screen. Both will come equipped with the A19 Pro chip, which is manufactured using TSMC's third-generation 3nm process.
