Unilever Announces CEO Transition with Fernando Fernandez Taking the Helm

Unilever has announced a leadership transition, with Hein Schumacher stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and Director. The change will take effect on March 1, when Fernando Fernandez, the current Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of CEO. Schumacher is set to leave the company entirely by May 31.
