Alibaba Cloud and Salesforce (CRM, Financial) have announced a new partnership to strengthen their business collaboration across China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. The initiative aims to boost the adoption of Salesforce products in the Chinese market, improve customer experience, and offer more efficient, localized solutions for businesses in the region.
The partnership will leverage Alibaba Cloud’s large-scale model to support all AI functionalities for Salesforce products in China. Utilizing an AI connector, Salesforce products will be linked with Alibaba Cloud’s AI technologies, providing enhanced intelligent automation experiences through Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) within China.
This collaboration will focus on industries with significant CRM demands, such as life sciences, manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods retail, and professional services. Alibaba Cloud and Salesforce plan to introduce joint solutions and develop industry-specific products.
Customers targeting the domestic market will be able to use Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud, while those targeting international markets can purchase Salesforce’s international version through Alibaba Cloud. This partnership aims to help businesses achieve stable and rapid growth globally.
Additionally, Alibaba Cloud intends to increase investment in technical support, industry-specific solutions, and training resources, providing companies with better digital transformation opportunities through the Salesforce platform.
