T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS, Financial) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective in 2025. On February 18, 2025, Kelvin Westbrook informed the company of his decision not to stand for re-election at the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. His departure from the Board and its Compensation Committee will take effect immediately after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.

Additionally, Srini Gopalan has decided to resign from the Board and its Compensation Committee, effective February 28, 2025, as he transitions to a new role within the company as Chief Operating Officer. Both Mr. Westbrook and Mr. Gopalan's decisions are not due to any disagreements with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.

In light of these changes, T-Mobile US, Inc. has announced its intention to nominate Thomas Dannenfeldt as a director at the 2025 Annual Meeting. Mr. Dannenfeldt brings a wealth of experience, having previously served on the company's Board from 2013 to 2018 and as the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Telekom AG from 2014 to 2018. He currently holds positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ceconomy AG and serves on the Board of Directors of Nokia Oyi.
